Clear Your Wardrobe of Unworn Clothes (make room for new ones!)
We offer a carefully curated consignment service that gives your preloved pieces a second life. We help you earn more from your unwanted clothes than you may achieve on a resale platform, without the hassle of selling them yourself.
How it Works
- We come and collect your clothes and accessories.
- Each piece is carefully processed, quality checked and priced by our team based on brand, condition and seasonal demand.
- We’ll sell your items through our website and at our invite-only shopping events.
- You’ll receive 50% of the final sale price. The remaining 50% goes to us for our comprehensive resale service.
What we're looking for:
- We welcome women’s clothes and accessories - such as handbags, belts and hats.
- We are happy to take shoes that are new or gently worn.
- We accept mid-range to high-end brands.
- All items must be laundered/dry cleaned and be in excellent condition.
- We like to keep our collection seasonal, so please consider the time of year.

Items we are unable to take:
- Jewellery, underwear, swimwear, bodysuits or fur products.
- Anything with holes, pulls, stains, broken zips or missing buttons, shoes with scuffs, worn soles, or marked inner soles.
- Selected brands, such as: supermarket brands, Primark, Matalan & Next
All collections will be closed from the 13th September ahead of our Cirencester event on the 19th September.
Please note, clothes can not be dropped off at any of our shopping events.

What is the clothes collection process?
You let us know when you would like clothes collected by emailing us, or getting in touch via our contact us page.
Download and complete our 'Clothes Check-In form', you will hand this over when we pick up your clothes.
After collection, each item will be inspected and priced.
We will then email you with a complete list of clothes collected, proposed prices and our terms of business.
Once you have accepted the prices and terms, we will look to share some items online and enter the clothes into our shopping event.
What if my items aren't suitable?
Sometimes we may find a hole that wasn't seen, or collect an item from a brand we don't accept. When this is the case, we will contact you and you can decide if we donate it, or if you would like it returned to you.
What if my clothes don't sell?
If your item doesn’t sell within 90 days of its first sales event, you have the following options:
- You may have the item returned to you.
- We will continue to try to sell items at future events and on the website.
- We can donate your items to charity on your behalf.
On your check-in form there is a column to complete to decide which option you wish to choose for each item.
How and when will I receive the money from my sold items?
Items sold online. You will be informed of the sale, and your payment will be received within 14 days.
Items sold at events: Within 3 days of the event, we will email you with a summary of your clothes/accessories sales. You will receive your payment within 14 days.
How much do I get and how much do you get?
You’ll receive 50% of the final sale price and the remaining 50% goes to us. Our fee covers collection, quality-checking, listing, venue hire and hosting your items at events
What if I'm not happy with your proposed prices?
We are more than happy to sell your things for your preferred price. On the check-in form, there is a column to where you can add your price.
We do extensive research to ensure the prices we propose are in line with the current market.
